That’s why our community is equipped with a 24-hour emergency call system, designed to ensure that help is always just a push of a button away, day or night. With this system in place, you have access to assistance whenever you need it, allowing you to live independently while knowing that emergency help is readily available. Having access to help when you need it offers comfort and peace of mind. It ensures that you’re never alone in an emergency and gives your family confidence that you are in a safe and supportive environment.

Make the most of Pinetree’s visiting medical and allied health consultants, available for appointments on a weekly basis. There is an in-house hair salon too, where residents can go for a cut, shampoo or blow-dry by appointment.

With bus links right outside Pinetree, you’re easily connected to surrounding suburbs, plus there’s quick access to Eastlink and the Eastern Freeway. There is also a regular community bus service to local shopping centres for residents.
What medical services are nearby?Donvale has an abundance of medical services in close proximity to the Village, including a doctor, Dentist, Pathology Clinic, Imaging Centre and Private Hospitals.
Where can I do my day-to-day shopping?The shops couldn’t be closer. A range of supermarkets are located within a short distance of Pinetree. The village offers a regular bus service to two local shopping centres, Tunstall Square and The Pines.
Can I have overnight visitors?Yes, you are welcome to have visitors to stay. For security and safety reasons, we ask residents to let our manager know when you have guests, particularly for stays of more than a week.
Is there any on-site car parking?Yes – each villa is allocated at least one car space.
Are there any visitor parking spots available?Yes, we have a number of visitor parking spots on-site.
Do I have a say in the running of Pinetree?Very much so. We have a Residents Committee which meets regularly to discuss matters relating to life at the Village. Most day-to-day concerns however are addressed by our community Manager. Being family managed, residents will often see members of the Inge family, who are always happy to have a chat with residents, along with visits from our Managing Director Peter Inge.
In the unlikely event of an issue arising, concerns can be raised directly with management or through avenues available via the Retirement Villages Act.
